I was concerned about my breaks because of some resistance I was feeling. I took it to another shop and and the told me I needed new brakes and Rotors. That would cost almost $400 dollars. I took it Grismer on Brant Pike and they told me my Rotors look brand new and my brakes were only 50% worn and would last a while. They told me I was feeling resistance because of the snow and not to worry. I just want to say Thank you to Chris their manager. They were amazing and really took the time to talk to me and not try to swindle me out of money.
Sat. Jan. 12/ 2019 .. I encountered the professionalism carried at the highest level that I have heard about at Grismer (Fairborn location)I stressed the issue of my daughter car and the need to have 2 tires done today and the man who runs the show there. He went above and beyond to fix it when they where really busy and nearing closing time ( and I feel bad for not catchng his name ) and sir I thank you once again for helping me and helping my daughter to be safe . I believe you can't find this type of service anywhere but at Grismer and I now know where to be with any need to have done to my cars! it's not just a car there it's part of my family.. and once again thank you
Great service at a great price!.. I've visited the Hilliard location as well on multiple occasions since I live closer to that one, and always receive the same great service. The Powell location is closer to work so sometimes that one makes more sense. Definitely my go-to place for my vehicle repairs nonetheless.
Auto care at its finest. Been a loyal customer here for years. I've bought over 12 tires here in the last few years and always satisfied with the value and service. The best part of the whole store is the manager Jesse Miles. He is always so helpful and patient and willing to help me understand what my car needs.
