Great service. Gotten a flat in the morning. Called shortly after and they said come on in when I can. Got there about 10 min later and within an hour, they put a new set of tires on... Expected to be there lot longer. Never been to this location or a Grismer in general but will be going back with anything else. Talked to Nathan, good guy, easy to talk to. Last thing I wanted to do first thing in the morning but these guys made it real smooth and convenient.

This past summer, I purchased a new set of tires from Grismer, Powell. I have previously used the downtown Columbus location for years and have always experienced what Grismer is known for: honesty, reliability, and consistent thorough work. Without hesitation, they beat the pricing of my warehouse club. However, about 20,000 miles or so into owning the tires, they were completely worn down. As the tires had an expectation for mileage, Chris and his team worked diligently to find a solution. Chris spent over an hour on the phone with the tire manufacturer and with his upper management. They were able to find new tires that would suit my vehicle well and were very well researched for a very low price (especially due to the warranty refund from my tire manufacturer that they had arranged). Not a lot of companies, especially in the automotive industry, will stand behind their work and their products. Grismer always bends over backwards to provide the very best service and quality in all that they do. I cannot recommend Grismer Tire enough. I tell all my friends and family that they are THE place to go to for any of their automotive needs. Thank you to Chris and his staff at the Powell location, I am a very happy customer for life.

Excellent customer service. Corrected an issue two other shops were unable to remedy. I've been a customer for 17 years and intend to continue for at least 17 more. Thanks!

I've been a customer for just a little while but my experience working with Rob, Phoebe and Jake has been incredible. These people are kind, flexible, generous and most importantly honest. I feel more than safe and sure that when I leave my vehicle in the hands of Grismer, I will be well taken care of. The Team in Kettering Ohio have won my heart and I will always stick with their services!

Bring the typical person,waited until the last minute to get new set of tires. They were able to get me in same day and had the tires I wanted in stock. They were able to get the services done in a timely manner. My customer service rep, Jon, was very personable and knowledgeable of all the tires. We will definitely be back for any other car services needed in the future.
