I've been to this location now for 3 "auto" repairs I've needed. Though they specialize in tires, they offer many other services for a very reasonable price. I'm always astounded by the ease of which this process takes, Very efficient with my and their time, always in contact regarding the status of the vehicle and willing to do some research to provide the best pricing. Kudos on a job well done!

I had questions re: a diy brake job. I called Grismer Tire and Daniel took my call. He was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He gave me step by step instruction and ask me the call him later to let him know how it worked out. Great guy,

I was having my vehicle serviced March 29th 2016 and had the pleasure to have Kelly Walls take my phone call and handle the service call. He demonstrates the up most customer service skills when I arrived to pick up my vehicle. He gives accurate and precise information in a very friendly manner. Grimmer is lucky to have him be part of the Grismer team.

My family and I have been taking our vehicles to Grismer Firestone, located in Fairfield, for over 10+ years. I have never questioned their honesty and professionalism when it comes to the service of our vehicles. Great managers and staff as well as a comforting waiting area. Would recommend to all.

Super attentive staff and excellent selection of tires. Most customer oriented location I've experienced in auto repair! Clean bathroom too!
