The customer service at this store is without a doubt the best in the area for auto repair service. They go above and beyond every single time. I would highly recommend this location for any brake/tire and service work you need done for your car. The workers here (Tony Robert, Store Mgr) are all courteous, efficient and really know what they are doing. It's hard to find customer service this good any more ~ so why not go to the best ? Recommend to all my friends & family.
I have always been extremely pleased with the honesty and the service that Grismer provides, but today they went above and beyond. After accidentally dropping my husband's wedding band somewhere behind the steering column and being unable to retrieve it, I contacted Grismer for help. I was informed of their hourly rate and told they couldn't be certain how long it would take to find the ring. I was hesitant and nervous knowing that this search could end up costing more than the ring itself; however, I could not have been more pleased with the results. A few hours after dropping my car off, I received a phone call from Jesse informing me that the ring was found! Not only did he find the ring, but he also told me that he wasn't going to charge us anything because the ring fell out after a quick look and without taking anything apart. I am so appreciative of their honesty and kindness. They could have told me it took hours, and I would have had no way of knowing. Thanks again Grismer. It's always nice to know a car mechanic that can be trusted. We will definitely be back!

I didn't know this place existed and I live right behind this building. I stopped by for them to check the tire pressure on the tires of my car and I asked them if they could also check the brakes and give me a quote. I loved the price had them work on my car. These guys are friendly and honest. They even offered me ride home even though I live right behind the building. I will definitely go back to them and will recommend them to my friends.

I had the misfortune of having a nail in my tire, called and was told to come right down. I was able to get right in and out, about 20 minutes. Cost was below average, and work was completed with my satisfaction. I will be going back...great experience
