I was on the way to indiana to get some christmas ponies. When at 7am I had a tire come apart on the horse trailer. At the walmart right off the exit, a associate suggested to try grismer, within eyesight. As a fleet mgr for ohio Eastern Express I deal with service issues daily. Wow was I pleasantly surprised. The service writer Kris, walked right out to the trl, checked the tire, I had 3 new ones in the trl, I had bought months earlier, and hadn't changed. The old ones looked great, but were failing because of age. To shorten the story they change all 3 of the originals, and in about a hr, I was on the way. Polite, professional and the whole shop was working the whole time I was there. There is something great going on, thet is not common in service shops. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK Robert Kreglow
I have done business with this location for years. One weekend they were busy and I went to the Westerville location. After purchasing tires at that location and then having immediate front end vibration issues, and having not received a satisfactory remedy from them over a 30, then 60 day period, then going to various other tire companies, I called and asked if Broad St could look at and analyze my vehicle. The manager looked through the notes and said why did you wait so long to come and see us ? I went in, they were finished within and hour, and my suv has had zero issues since. I dealt with the other location for over three months and bought another set of tires at their suggestion, still had the same problem, but, whatever was going on, Broad readily assessed, solved, fixed the problem. I recommend this location highly and have sent family members and friends their ever since I arrived in Columbus back in 2006. Five Stars, perhaps Seven Stars in a situation such as this......

I can't say enough of how helpful Phoebe and Anthony were. I had an emergency Saturday afternoon when my alternator went out. They not only helped me get it fixed and back running again, but they did it all after hours-- when they were already closed. Customer service at its finest. Thanks Again!!
