On July 15, I had a tire blowout on my 38' Jayco Pinnacle 5th wheel. As this was the second incident of a blowout the decision was made to replace all four tires plus the spare. We researched the type of "makes" to replace the off brand factory supplied tires with Goodyear ST235-80R16. We contacted a few tire retailers. We called Grismer Tire on Rt 48 and Sheehan Rd. in Centerville. The assistant manager, Loren, and Andrew, the manager were nothing less than superb: knowledgeable, helpful, respectful, with "the patience of Job" ( I had a great number of questions). The job was done on time. Kudos to these fine individuals and Grismer's. Thank you.

I was very impressed with the service I received. The manager, James, was especially courteous and polite!!! I will definitely go back for servicing and will recommend to family and friends!!

Recently bought four tires and a month later got an oil change. The process each time was super smooth, and quick, and Phoebe was great, each time making me feel like great friend rather than just another customer. Definitely plan on going back for all my car needs!

We were shopping for tires for our 2013 Nissan Rogue. We stopped in and spoke to Dave. What a great guy! He showed us a few tires and recommended a few brands and models to us. He gave us a fair quote and treated us with respect. He told us that he was not out to make the most money on 1 sale but to bring us back several times as part of the Grismer Family. we purchased 4 tires from his store in Powell and will probably be back.
