I received a much higher estimate from another tire & auto service franchise and then I went to Grismer. Not only did I get a better rate but the service was excellent. Service was excellent here. I had issue on my Jeep that the dealer failed to find (despite me telling them what I suspected). Eric and his guys took the time to locate the issue in two idler pulleys that went bad. Eric was friendly and made sure to keep me informed of everything he was testing. First time at this shop but plan to return if I ever need any service done on my Jeep. Thanks!
I started using Grismer about 10 years ago because of their convenient location to home, but will NEVER willingly go anywhere else now. As a woman who knows just enough about vehicles to get by, there have been many repair and tire shops that have tried to take advantage of my ignorance.
