I have used Grismer for the last 18 yrs in Dayton and RARELY have I ever been disappointed. Great customer service and prices! Very reliable and trustworthy ONE Criticism - The corporate office at Grismer needs to enter the 21st century. Your invoices are WOEFULLY out of date. So difficult to find important pieces of information in the header of the invoices. Clean up and re-architect the invoice to make it easier for the customer. Also. CMON... dot-matrix printers? Seriously? in 2018? really? You cant even get basic decent laser printers for your stories? Please update and upgrade your invoices cause they need major overhaul
The front desk is honest & fair. Techs in the back know their stuff! I trust this location 100%. I will continue to take my vehicle here! Great staff! Marcus is great to work with!

I can't say enough good words about the service I received. I recently bought a used Land Rover and after driving it a couple of weeks, the steering wasn't right. I took it into White Allen since they sell land rovers thinking they'd diagnose the problem correctly. I was wrong. White Allen quoted me $3,500 to fix my car. I called around to different shops to get quotes and Grismer came in the lowest, so I took it to Grismer. After Eric at Grismer looked at my vehicle, he found that White Allen had diagnosed the problem wrong, but notice other parts that needed replacing, which we did. However, after we had replaced some dated parts, the steering was still lose so I took it back into Grismer. Eric found that the Steering Gear Box was not original, and most likely had just been installed and whoever did it, did a poor job. Eric recommended that I call the dealer I bought the car from as he felt maybe I had been fooled. I took his advice and to my surprise, the used car dealership felt bad and agreed to pay for the gear box and labor. Eric is a straight shooter and I trust him 100%. You are lucky to have a great employee like that.
We usually get all our tires and oil changes from this location however when we called Tuesday they were out of the size we needed. Went to another tire place that claimed to have what we needed and could do the job that night. Got there and guess what? Too busy and no record of our order. Reluctantly made an appointment for later this week. Luckily Travis called yesterday and said what we needed came in and he could get me fixed up after work. We were not expecting to get a call and not only did I get my tires earlier than expected I got them at over $100 less than the other people. The best part is that we were able to stay with Grismer and I don't have to worry about my family's safety. Thanks Travis!
I received a much higher estimate from another tire & auto service franchise and then I went to Grismer. Not only did I get a better rate but the service was excellent. Extremely happy with the work Grismer did on my car. Nate at Grismer made me feel that I could trust him and his team to do the job. In the past, we took my dad and my grand-daughter's cars to Grismer for new tires and were very satisfied with the service and how we were treated by Nate. Now I know I can trust Nate & Grismer to do all the service on my car and my family's vehicles. Thank you, Nate & Grismer, for the excellent service!
