Had a problem and Rob, manager at Kettering, Wilmington Pike store took greatcare of me. Grismer has been my tire and service choice for ever becaust they have folks like Rob who go that extra step to make sure the customer is happy. Great place and great guy

I would highly recommend this location for any brake/tire and service work you need done for your car. The workers here (Tony Robert, Store Mgr) are all courteous, efficient and really know what they are doing. It's hard to find customer service this good any more ~ so why not go to the best ? Recommend to all my friends & family.
