Recently had new tires installed ( Bridgestone Alenza Plus ) on 2012 Benz GLK 350 4matic. Very impressed with these tire and enjoy them better than OEM Contenental 4X4 tires. Would defiantely repurchase the ALenza Plus again. Very prompt and professional service, This is second set of tires purchased from this location and job well done.
On July 15, I had a tire blowout on my 38' Jayco Pinnacle 5th wheel. As this was the second incident of a blowout the decision was made to replace all four tires plus the spare. We researched the type of "makes" to replace the off brand factory supplied tires with Goodyear ST235-80R16. We contacted a few tire retailers. We called Grismer Tire on Rt 48 and Sheehan Rd. in Centerville. The assistant manager, Loren, and Andrew, the manager were nothing less than superb: knowledgeable, helpful, respectful, with "the patience of Job" ( I had a great number of questions). The job was done on time. Kudos to these fine individuals and Grismer's. Thank you.
Just got back from having two tires put on my girlfriends car. A young man named Nate assisted us. Helped us with everything. We will be going back to get tires for my truck. I would recommend to anyone. Also very fast service.
I was on the way to indiana to get some christmas ponies. When at 7am I had a tire come apart on the horse trailer. At the walmart right off the exit, a associate suggested to try grismer, within eyesight. As a fleet mgr for ohio Eastern Express I deal with service issues daily. Wow was I pleasantly surprised. The service writer Kris, walked right out to the trl, checked the tire, I had 3 new ones in the trl, I had bought months earlier, and hadn't changed. The old ones looked great, but were failing because of age. To shorten the story they change all 3 of the originals, and in about a hr, I was on the way. Polite, professional and the whole shop was working the whole time I was there. There is something great going on, thet is not common in service shops. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK Robert Kreglow
