Giving Back Is Instrumental!

Once again, Grismer Tire & Auto is proud to be teaming up with Dayton Public Radio for its annual “It’s Instrument” donation drive. This program helps get donated musical instruments into the hands

of young student musicians in The Dayton Public Schools. This year, with the expansion of the “Q the Music” program, the need for donated instruments is greater than ever.

How to Donate

Drop off any used instruments or accessories through July 31, 2022 at any Dayton area Grismer Tire & Auto locations.

Instruments in good to excellent condition will immediately go to music students in Dayton Public Schools. Also, Instruments no longer in playable condition may be sorted for parts, and instruments deemed unsalvageable will be donated to Dayton Public Schools arts programs to be used in projects. NOTHING WILL GO TO WASTE!

*Please, no pianos or organs.

Over the last seven years that Grismer Tire & Auto has served as drop-off locations for instruments, the local community has helped collect almost 600 musical instruments that will get new life in the hands of a deserving DPS music student.
